Excellent cleaning service!

Quick service, friendly staff, excellent work!

I was originally booking the 3 room special on the website but had questions about unmentioned areas like bathtub and shower. i called and the rep was unable to give me an estimate but said tech would quote on site. When he arrived was friendly and professional and gave good quote for those 3 areas. i wasnt sure if my open concept living area was one room. He said was 2 so i wanted to add another room for the 35$ special as quoted on the website. he refused saying that did not apply even though still listed. he said $52. So was much more than expected. The other big let down was that the bathtubs and shower didnt even look hardly any better. even the bar soap scum where the soap was which was fairly new, didnt come off. so a wase of $45 for those areas. Also a spot in my hall about 2x2 that i pointed out before he started didnt come clean at all. it was a food spill that collected dirt. im sure i could scrub it out w a little soap and a towel. the other thing was the main walkway in the living room. After he went over it, i asked if that was the best it would look as it looked the same. He said could go over it again. That didnt help. Zerorez has come before and the results were much better last time. Not sure what has changed. our rugs were not really dirty to begin with as we dont wear shoes in the house. Also took about 11 hours to dry not 4-6 i was told. All in all it was about an 80% waste of time and money as the main things i wanted done looked the same. the rest was just part of the special. Doubt i would use again or recommend.

An area was treated for pet urine and it wasn't entirely removed after pretreating and letting it dry. I paid WAY TOO much money to have that be the case and im extremely disappointed!!!

Service was very good. Steven explained thoroughly the process and floors were cleaned without a great deal of water.

Soapy residue stained my kitchen grout! Carpet doesn’t look any cleaner.
