Quality personable service. Accommodating and staff if friendly. No chemicals, carpets looking brand new, smells fresh, no mystery stains that come back and carpets dry fast.
A few spots on the stairs returned 24 hrs later. The spots are a different color, but they did return. Other than these spots, I was pleased with the young man who cleaned the carpets and his professionalism.

I love how friendly and genuine your representatives are. It’s not about pushing products or upgrades and really just about the best service for the job. I still utilize the different tips and tricks the first rep provided and when I cleaned my carpets again almost 5 years later, the other rep was amazed at the condition. I’m an absolute fan of your products and will never put anything else on my carpets.
