Better spot cleaning of soiled areas. It seemed that no precleaning was done on specific spots and those didn't come up in extraction. I was able to go back after the cleaning and clear up a few spots that weren't cleared.

I appreciate the professionalism received from the company from scheduling an appointment, to the technicians arrival and how my carpet looks new again and the carpet drys quickly too! Not to mention the technicians are awesome and they do a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I have 3 dogs and one cat and their pet treatment is #1, so you too can expect your carpet to be super refreshed and just like new. I highly recommend using their services.

It was an amazing experience. The gentleman that cleaned was nice and explained everything. He was quick, there was no chemical smell and it was safe for our kids and dog after it was complete. The carpets are very clean as a result of using Zeroez

I paid almost a $1000 have 3 rooms events and the couch cleaned the the carpet was clean just fine the couch was fine including the vent left 12 the vent dust all over my stuff was cleaned up poorly which resulted in my wife and I having to clean it up several hours after they left and so every place was a mess they could have told us a bit more was gonna happen so we gotta put some top shirt things down and not had to clean up so much afterwards
