He did an EXCELLENT job on my terribly stained carpets----they look wonderful. It took him a long time, but he wash very patient, and pleasant. I have used Xerorez before, but not when my carpets were this soiled. But the job done yesterday, was as good as, or better than, the last time I used ZeroRez. I am super pleased, and always have been with your service, I am a lifetime customer

The two gentlemen who arrived early (which was greatly appreciated!) were just that…gentlemen!! Very polite! We had our air ducts and carpets cleaned. What a difference!! We love the result of how nice, clean and fluffy our carpet is now that Zerorez has worked their magic. They were able to get out makeup stains that I thought would be there forever.
