I was able to schedule my rugs, quickly. They were very fast, efficient and I am please with the results. I learned of them from friends and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
I had my carpets and all the tile in my home cleaned. I noticed after he left he did not clean the main bathroom.
When he came in,he said you didn't tell me you wanted that bathroom tile cleaned! I told him why would I want the entire home that I have tile, except the main bathroom! I HAD TO PAY A ADDITIONAL!!! i have been having Zerorez cleaning carpets etc, since i lived in Los Angeles. I heard about you on the Bill Handle show. It has been about 20 years I have used your company. Now your company is trying to not be so nice to me. they charged me $50. Thar hurts alot in this economy. So disappointed in your company.

I opted to get deeper cleans for two out of the four rooms that were done. They really came out well. All the carpets feel and smell so clean!. Most of the discoloration came out. Maybe one day I can get my carpets replaced. But for now I will use Zeroez as needed.
