Previous used their services and have always had good results. Although I feel like this one was a bit rushed considering the areas the technician covered. I will still use their services but will request a different technician at the next go.

I am used to having the furniture moved and cleaned under it. The legs were either wrapped in foil or it was set on foam to dry. Zerorez did not even go under dining room table, coffee table, etc., things tall enough to clean under.
Cleaning solution was sprayed on tile and not wiped up. Other companies placed paper to step from wet carpet to tile. Shoe prints were left on tile which will require us to remop floor.
Advertisements and coupons state 3 rooms for $99.00. This is false advertisement. We were charged $52.00 per room. We were given a residential discount but still more than $99 for 3 rooms.
He did get some bad spots cleaned up and overall the carpet is clean. It is the special little touches that would earn a higher score.

I had a heavily pet stained carpet. Thanks to your great tech Steven, it was resolved! He also cleaned tile that the grout was black from a previous owner and it looks great now!
