your product is like no other that has ever been used on any of my floors. Your technician explained every step of the process to me, it was outstanding.
This is now the second time I have used Zerorez at my home. I called for an appointment and received a written estimate as to my charges for my service. I assumed it was based on the previous job done and the current free offering of cleaning my hallway for free. When the technicians arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my cost would be increasing by $35 for an Oversized Room Charge. Yes, my great room is large and yes, I pay twice for this room already, but to receive an additional Oversized Room charge in addition to my billing, I thought was out of line. This technician walked my home with his "laser" measuring and decided I was not correctly charged previously and increased my cost. Claims he was doing me a favor by not charging me for my closets in each of my secondary bedrooms and my hall closet. Isn't the closet part of the bedroom? Considering the bed, dresser and armoire's were in each room doesn't that take up carpet space that could be considered as part of the closet for cleaning? I'm already being charged 2 room rates for my great room and now he wants to charge me for my hall closet? When I mentioned that I liked the previous technicians better as they didn't change my quoted charge or try to up sell me, I was told I could always reschedule my appointment! I guess I was just a bit surprised at the additional cost as well as the comment made. Did they do a good job, Definitely. Will I use them again, most likely, but I want a better clarification as to what they charge before my appointment.
