Our carpet came out looking great once it all dried.
Once my cleaner arrived the quote was higher than quoted on the phone. Then after he shared it would be $200 ( $83) over quote, he asked me for an additional $6 so he could meet his commission for the day. I agreed but found it very off putting
It did a very good job of cleaning my carpet after two kids spilled on it

Associate was rude and didn’t do a good job
Carpet is (amazingly) back to original color. Other cleaning companies never accomplished that. House feels so clean and fresh.
Very good results. Carpet dries faster, no excess moisture. My carpet tech was amazing and very nice.
The gentlemen that came were knowledgeable and basically neat - we had a little incident with a newly painted wall. However, we were satisfied. Would use the reasonably priced services again.
The Service Tech was On TIME, polite , very professional, explained everything prior to starting the job and guest what our VERY VERY SOILED carpet track ares became clean which we thought wasn’t going to happen.
