Very professional and great job done
I love many things about Zerorez. The first thing is, no pressure from the technicians once they arrive, to up sale you & I love the end result, my carpets are clean with no soap or chemical residue. The technicians call to let you know they are on there way. Thank you zerorez, I appreciate you.
Tile came out great and your service man was very patient in explaining everything to me . Would highly recommend
"Favian" my tech arrived a little earlier in the two hour window which I appreciated since the summer is so very hot. He did a good job extracting water, leaving my carpets to dry in several hours. This is not my first time using Zero-rez , I would highly recommend this company.

The Tech was very friendly and courteous.
But when I went back into the daughters room the next day..
It smelled awful and I had to put more carpet fresh in that room.
I don’t understand why you don’t have a tool to get underneath the bed.
187.00 was a lot and I don’t think the job was thorough enough for the price.

Not only does my carpet and tile get very clean, but the fibers and finish don’t get broken down so they stay clean.
I have pets, dogs to be exact. Zerorez does a fantastic job of getting the urine smells out. I also had my tile cleaned. Wow, that is also a fantastic service. Great job!

Very nice great job
We had 2 recliners that were so dirty. The pattern was almost black. After they were cleaned, I couldn't believe how great they looked. They were almost like new. I will use them again and refer anyone to use the service. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cleaning of furniture and carpets.

Tech did a great job. Made my sofa look brand new! Was on time and professional.
The technician was fantastic very nice and very professional. However, I don’t think the carpets were cleaned very well. Some of the spots never did even go away. It’s the first time I’ve used your company and I think I prefer more of a traditional carpet cleaning. My carpets are in great shape and they’re not stained but the little stains that I did have are still visible. I think next time I’ll call Stanley Steemer because I like their technique better.

Carpet and tile floors look so clean
We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. He did not pre-spot the clearly stubborn stains. On the sectional there were areas that were not cleaned at all and when we asked him to go over them he said he was not going to Re-clean our whole sofa. His attitude toward touching up spots was very unpleasant. The next day our whole house smelled badly as if he reused dirty water. He said he used some type of citrus deodorizer on the carpets but clearly he didn’t, or our whole house wouldn’t smell like rotten mold the next day. We did not get the complimentary tile cleaning because, he said he didn’t have the tool on the truck. He supposedly cleaned our 8 dining room chairs but they were not even wet to the touch after he cleaned them. Overall, his attitude was not good and for the money I would not subject anyone else to that treatment.
The tech that didn't do a very good job I couldn't see how bad until the next day after my carpets completely dried I took photos a would like to speak to someone ASAP on how we can fix the problem 😔😔 I'm very disappointed I've been a customer for several years and usually very satisfied with the service but not this last time.,.
Daniel was our service tech and he explained everything that was going to happen, even recommended some other way to remove pet urine without having to fully replace the carpets.
