On time and very efficient
Technician said he removed a tea stain but when carpet dried the stain remained. He also sloshed and left fluids on areas outside carpeted area

I heard about these guys on the oldies station so I thought I would try them. I've used them twice now and am very pleased with the results. We have a 15 year old carpet and it looks really clean and a whole lot newer when ZACH (ask for him, he's the best) got done. He was very careful not to damage the walls or furniture. He did 4 bedrooms and a hallway - all had to be treated for 187$. It took almost 2 hours. The carpets take approximately 24 hours to fully dry. 100% worth every penny.

I love that you clean with alkaline water instead of soap. I have my own alkaline water machine, and I had an ink stain on my carpet, and I made an 11ph water, and the stain was almost invisible, with a little elbow work.
