Favian was here on time and prepared the house for the work that he was about to do. He took great care protecting the house and the furniture while treating the carpet. The carpet has sprung to life and looks like New. Excellent work and I would highly recommend ZeroRez and a Favian to anyone who wants a good job
I’m not totally satisfied with service,only because when you charge $35 a room for deep cleaning and you (with your disclaimer) as a customer expect a better result.Maybe you need a better deep cleaning solution for that price,otherwise the service is good.
My carpet is 40 years old. Zerorez did a very nice job on cleaning it (once again) and I am very pleased with the results. It looks almost new. They arrived on time, were very professional, efficient and pleasant. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended !!!

My carpets never looked better! Only problem is the technicians have the ability to give discounts and it cost me $84 more for the same service I had 5 months ago. The solution when I called about it was to ask for the technician who gave me the better discounts when I book next time! Doesn't seem right...however I will book again! I have 2 older cats with "old cats" accidents and their process makes my carpet look great!

Very unhappy My living room carpet is all stretched out of shape and it's all binded in the middle so I suggest someone comes and takes a look and a lot of my tile that was cleaned The grout is still very dark.

Basically, he did pretty good over all. The only thing we noticed was that the last area (about 3' x 3') was still pretty damp but not soggy. We didn't notice the wet spot until after he left so we put a box fan to blow across it and it still took about 12 hours to dry. We did like the way the kitchen tile and its grout turned out, better by far than when we mopped the floor.

The Technician is always courteous and clean. He is very good about putting booties on his shoes when entering the house. I always have at least one of my oriental rugs picked up by them and cleaned in their factory. Their prices are reasonable.
