representative was friendly and good at his job. carpets look beautiful. i wouldn't use another company.
The tech did an amazing job for us. The tile floors and carpets look and feel great. The price, however, was surprisingly high. $1,550 for three hours. It's a big house, so I get that it would cost extra. But that's a lot of money. I'd have a hard time recommending you without at least telling people how much it's going to cost them.
I love Zerorez. My carpet is very old, yet you guys always do a great job. Over the years, I have not experienced any better carpet cleaning service, even at higher prices. My service tech this time was very helpful to this old guy, helping me move some of the furniture. He was very careful not to leave any overflow on the tile. That was very thoughtful. I will happily continue to use Zerorez. THANK YOU!

I had my carpets done this week and was very disappointed, I am a retired Maintenance Supervisor, Apartment Assistant Manager, and lastly a Facilty Manager of a large call center. I tell you all of this to let you know I have seen some bad carpets in my day, but when your tech said to me well you know this carpet is old and in pretty bad shape, I stopped talking because I knew nothing else I could say would matter. At this point I blame myself your company is advertised on the radio I listen to in the morning so I thought I would try Zerorez. A mistake I will never make again. It was definitely a waste of my money and time.
