On time, friendly technician and carpet looks great

the carpet cleaning was ok but the hose the technician used took the paint off the baseboard and corner of the wall where he had to go to clean the carpet in the adjoining bathroom area. he should have cleared the wall before pulling the hose into this area.
The service was good and my floors were much cleaner so I was happy with my experience.

We were not happy that our quote estimate went from 178.00 to paying 296.00. I under I asked to add the couch too but we were never told it was an extra 120.00 before doing it. Our carpets do look slightly better but we can still outlines from where rugs and furniture sat, and I would honestly say our carpet was semi dirty. Our shampooer tech was very nice but unfortunately his gps lead him wrong and he didn't make it over till 4 pm so I think he felt rushed, he left about 5:30-6. Just not our best experience nor what we were expecting. :(

This is the second time I have used Zerorez, and again I was very pleased with the results. I used Zerorez, because my carpet manufacturer advised never to use chemicals neither to spot nor to full clean my carpets or rugs, and I trust Zerorez not to do so as they advertise. This time, in addition to a room carpet, I had several area rugs which they cleaned, including 3 wool rugs at least 70 years old with fringe, which they had specially cleaned, and which were returned in beautiful condition. I am extremely pleased with their work, and have recommended them to others.
Your rug cleaning service gets the rugs clean! Also, your employee Roy who has cleaned our carpets for the past five plus years is an exceptional representative of your company. He is professional, always on time, and takes a personal and genuine interest in his job. This past time, Wednesday November 20th,he was so proud of the latest piece of equipment that he used on a high traffic area in one of our rooms. It was unbelievable. The carpet looked new when Roy completed the job.
Since it takes approx. 4-6 hrs. To dry, maybe you shouldn't schedule any cleanings after 3pm.

Bate and switch tactics!!!! Quote received over the phone $146.00. When operator arrived, he quoted me $205.00....after I had moved a whole lot of my furniture and other things getting ready. His iphone showed $146.00, he showed it to me. This was not HIS fault. He called the office to confirm the $146.00 quote even though it was on HIS phone. He could not verify or justify the $205.00 and agreed to do the job for what was quoted. I did not need this blood pressure raising confrontation and will NEVER use Zerorez again!!! My neighbors have asked me how I like Zerorez and you can imagine what I am telling them!!!
I was in business for over 55 years and not a single customer of mine received this kind of bate and switch quote. I am considering a more formal complaint.

The technician was friendly, polite, and professional. The service was resonably priced, prompt, and effective.
price was a lot higher than expected and the appointment time was a bit lengthly 1pm to 6pm.
I have used Zerorez for quite a few years now and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Employees are professional, friendly, courteous and always polite. Even if there might be a problem with an overlooked spot (which only happened once) on carpet or furniture they respond quickly and correct it. I will only use Zerorez and I recommend them to family and friends all the time.
Time before last Ray Muniz did our carpet cleaning and is the reason we called Zerorez to do our carpets again. Ray did a remarkable job cleaning our carpets. He wore shoe protectors (booties) the whole time he was in our house. He was a gentleman and we were proud to have him in our home.
Day before yesterday, Monday, the Zerorez guy showed up and admitted he was fresh out of training. He got our carpets clean--no problem there. He did not wear booties and when he left we had to mop all the ceramic in the common areas as he left dirty foot prints as he walked thru the waters drips he left as he worked.
We will still have you do the work next time we need carpets cleaned--but Ray set a standard that the latest guy did not meet. Booties and attention to detail made all the difference.

The staff was friendly and kept us informed as to when they would arrive. Once he arrived, he was very professional and did a great job. We also were very happy that zerorez did not leave any odors. it just smelled clean.
