service tech was great. (Jan) although you don't ask, what I don't like is your pricing. I doubt I will use you again 5 rooms that we have to clear and pre do vacuum etc costing $350 ish is way too much. Tech was here less than 2 hours. That equals 175 an hour. Plumbers don't charge that much and their knowledge and personal investment in tools and van and licensing is at least equal...........so probably never again

I've used Zerorez here in Las Vegas and also in Santa Fe, NM. The service has always been professional, thorough, and courteous - - and the prices are very competitive. Roy, the service man who came out was ON TIME and very courteous. Work was completed in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
Friendly knowledgeable staff
I thought some of the spots that were dirt and not from animal would have come cleaner. Area rugs that were extra are OK. I am not sure I would use service again as it is quite expensive. $99.00 plus small hallway and 2 area rugs turned into $189.00 To much money for me

Anthony was very efficient. He arrived on time. He was neat and clean while working. He was careful around furniture etc. Best give him a raise..I was sorry I failed to offer him water or a coke when he finished...

your online registration supposedly didn't work, I signed up for stairs and to me stair are 1 flight or 2 so since I had one flight I signed for 1. The online bill said $129.00. Fine.....until the morning they were supposed to arrive. I was told it would be between 8-10AM. Well 10 came and went so I called. The lady answering the phone told me she did not have me registered for cleaning today! She did manage to get someone to arrive within the hour. He looked at the job....1 bedroom, landing,1 set of stairs 1/2 family room and one small office with none of the furniture removed. $420. After much discussion he did a fair job...the rug is not clean because he did not do the deep cleaning and I was charged $134.00. Never again!!!!
Service is always excellent. I would not consider using another vendor, nor as a Realtor, would I recommend another vendor to my clients.

Danny the Zerorez technician was courteous, friendly and explainted what the service would entail before he started. He was also dressed very professionally as well. The carpets look great and smell good as well. I will for sure use your company again (Danny recommended every 6 months)!
