What I like is that someone named Brett was sent to my house to clean my carpet and knew just what he was doing and it is the first time in 12 years that my carpets look just like new, because he knew how to clean carpets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT everyone knows how to clean carpets, but I really recommend Brett.
Brandon, the Zerorez guy that cleaned my carpet was very professional and friendly. That was the first thing I liked. Then I saw how CLEAN my carpet looked and felt. The fact that you do not use chemicals to clean the carpeting which leaves the carpets feeling softer, makes them dry faster, and more resistant to having spots show up again. Parts of your service that could be improved are the technicians wearing some type of protective foot coverings in order not to create spots on freshly cleaned carpets, checking for hoses to be clean (I had one hose leave some type of oil spot on a laundry room rug but I will be able to throw it in the washer) and special attention to customer's concerns. I indicated to my technician that I have cats that sometimes soil the corners of the carpet but in one corner, the carpet didn't even feel wet (and I felt it immediately after my technician finished). I have recommended your service to my next door neighbor who has an appointment scheduled but I will caution her on my concerns.

You are prompt and professional.. My carpets are soft when they are dry and they aren't as wet as my old carpet cleaning person. I will never use anyone else. I highly highly recommend your company.. Torri is amazing and very helpful. She is always pleasant on the phone and my last appointment needed to early due to a very sick freind that I had to tend to. She was extremely understanding and my Technician was here at 830 am.. I totally appreciated that.. Your company is amazing.

Great job with the cleaning of my carpets
I love the fresh, clean, chemical-free way my carpets were cleaned. This is important to me since I have an infant and small dog.
It looked great when they left but some spots that usually come out when professionally cleaned did not come out or stay out for long this time. I do like how the carpeting did feel soft afterwards. Techs were nice and professional. Just not quite the result I thought I would get in my living room and dining room area.
Dry fast and no resude left on the carpets.
