Pet stains still show on carpet
We have used Zerorez before and were once again thrilled with the results. I appreciate that your technician is honest and tells us that a pet stain for example, won't come out easily unless it's treated with a special spray, and why it won't come out with the standard treatment.
Carpet was supposed to be dry by 3p - it was dry by 8p. Carpet was stiff in some areas. Scotch guard was a wasted expense last time and I'm disappointed with my husband for paying for it a 2nd time when it didn't help at our last home. Can't tell a significant difference between the carpet that was cleaned and the area that was excluded. The stairs look really good though and the pee smell was gone by Thanksgiving evening.

I researched the product and the procedure you use and find that it does not suit my circumstances. The young man who came out and gave me an estimate was charming, helpful and knowledgeable. The other reason I will not be using your service is that I think the price is very high--it's in line with other companies but too high for me.
The tech. was on time as promised he was very cordial and professional and gave me good tips and offers for future work on my tile. He was very informative about the process and very clean and conscious.

The thing that keeps me coming back is that my rug stays cleaner much longer than any other form of cleaning. Also, your employees are in tune to great "customer service". They all try to very hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. You don't see that much anymore.
The guy (sorry I can't recall his name) that came out was on time, and very informative. Carpets look great! and even better than I thought they would considering it is 18 years old carpet
