Ben was so nice and professional, our carpets were a mess and they are so beautiful now - thank you! We had always used the same carpet cleaning company, the kind that has the soap and water and I was so ready for a change to have cleaner carpets.

I like the fact that the carpet does not have the smell/odor that carpets do when they have been cleaned by other companies. It is awesome to be able to discuss with their technicians exactly what I want done and for the techs to actually listen and make sure I am 200% happy with what they have done AND how they did it. Their techs are totally aware that a happy customer is a repeat customer. I also like the fact that Zerorez employees look AND act professional.

The scheduling was not very good. We have to be waiting for 5-6 hrs? That was terrible. We could have gone out first if your timing is not like this long wait. 2-3hrs is reasonable, but to wait from 1pm -5pm is really irritating.

The initial interview was very loose and did not provide complete information. I felt a bit concerned when the discussion regarding price was glossed over. Based on the Dave Ramsey commercial I understood that any service other than the three rooms for $99, would be 30% off. I found out when the technician came to my house that the stairs was not eligible for the discount. Also, I was charged for the incorrect number of stairs. I did send an email requesting that I am refunded the over charge. I did like the technician Brett. He was very nice. He did an excellent job on my carpets and couch. He arrived on time and he was courteous.
The two gentleman that came and cleaned my carpets did an excellent job. They were very professional and thorough. At first, i was concerned that the smell wasnt as ' fresh' as with traditional carpet cleaners, but after 24 hrs, the whole house looked and just ' felt' very clean. They also cleaned upholstery and did a fine job on that. I must admit, the pricing on my sectional was quite expensive. I felt like 250.00 was waaay too much money for a sectional. They were here two hours and it cost me 700.00!! Thats alot of money. I understand it wasnt the crews pricing, i believe the company should look at charging 300.00 an hour for cleaning!!! But ii needed it done. But i feel kind of ' hosed'. But the techs did a great job. Please, adjust your pricing for everday folks.

Fast and efficient
Job was done well and quickly. Any questions i had were answered. Carpet felt very soft.
Although the window of service was a little on the big side. I had called and gotten a 10-12 estimate. Your guy arrived at 10:30 a.m. and explained all the prices, etc. He was very professional and courteous. My grandson who works for 107.5 was here and was totally amazed at the change in the carpet. He was wishing he had taken before and after pictures. I will definitely not wait such a long time between carpet cleanings because I dreaded them so much. It is almost like going to the dentist!
Unwilling to match price from previous visit
Carpet was cleaned thoroughly, dried quickly, seems to be keeping up well so far. Had a slight mis-communication between the technician that initially quoted the work, and the tech that performed it. We worked out a fair resolution and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

The Service was consecutively pleasant, from scheduling the appointment until the job was finished. Overall, happy with Zerorez. I will not only use them again but I will recommend them as well.

Take more time with your cleaning. Some familiar spots coming back. And as requested from previous cleaning, "Suck up more water" as carpet was left very wet and wasn't dry until following day.
