First, the individual person who did our home was courteous, timely…even early…and did a beautiful job on our carpets. The products used worked on some tough stains in our home, and the difference is literally black and tan. Lucy Wallace

I was told that it didn't matter if I cleaned the floor and then did the duct cleaning but the floor was dirty after the duct cleaning so that was not the case. If possible I would like my floor redone
