The team didn't show up when scheduled. Actually, the didn't show up at all. I tried calling the ZeroRez office that evening, but because it was after regular business hours I could only leave a message, but still 3 days after nobody has called me back. My rep is on vacation this week, so I couldn't reach him at the time of scheduled service. I'm hoping to hear from him next week after he returns to work to resolve the no-show.

The floors have not been cleaned for as long as anyone can remember and the building is 22 years old. By the time it was completed they looked almost brand new. Friendly salesman and techs.

Carpet not clean to much water poor job The stair not clean in corners I’m very disappointed in the service technician work was sloppy carpet so wet. Didn’t dry til unable to use stairs due to too much water Sorry I was unable to view his work but very wet

Angel did a great job! Super friendly and straightforward about all services offered. The carpets looked amazing afterward. All the stains were removed and the house smelled great!
Had my air conditioning and dryer vents cleaned. Service was on time very efficient and cleaned up afterwards with great care. Definitely recommend him.

I will be calling in once you guys open but the technician took less than 30 minutes and didn’t look like he even cleaned the couch. I spent 3 hours on it with my little green machine when he left and it was still black water coming out (I have pictures). I can’t believe I paid $250 to still have a dirty couch. So disappointed since I’ve only heard good reviews and that was not my experience.
