I called about dryer cleaning days before the technician arrived. I was given a price and told just speak to the tech when he arrives and you can add additional services while he’s there. I asked him and he said he could not do it because he doesn’t have the equipment for that and it’s not something he can do. When I called the office they said that they could do the dryer vent but I would have to pay a minimum of $350 for the trip and I said I just paid $400. A sup named Martha was in a meeting and supposed to call me back but that never happened. There was never a minimum when I scheduled the carpet cleaning. I

I have used Zerorez for many years. I have always had good service. This time the carpet didn't seem as clean or the one place our dog has gone on, still smells. The tech was very nice and I have no problem with him or the great prompt service...just a little disappointed in the results this time.
