Very nice work. Beautiful outcome of 30year old white carpet.
We now have one large stain that is reddish in the family room. One large outline of a stain in the master bedroom. These stains were pretreated. I just didn’t expect this.

Tech arrived on time,informed me of the process. What I didn't like is he asked me too many questions such as, Are you moving in or moving out? Did you buy or are you renting?
With the risk of squatters, I was uncomfortable as I realized carpet cleaners would be among the first to know if a property will be vacant.

The two gentlemen that came out were were extremely nice and did a good job. I'm not sure I would do the grout cleaning again as it was rather expensive even with the the promotion. I will however always use zerorez for carpet cleaning.
