Good afternoon..I saw your add on TV...special $99 for 3 rooms and a special offer free hallway or 100sq tile cleaning...I decided I wanted 2 area rugs as well with stairs...and level one pet cleaning in my bedroom...I was quoted $485 ...I was shocked and the only reason I decided to do it ...I am having a party and pressed for time...this is bad advertising...for $199 all he did was mop my floor...I will never use this company again and will never recommend you to anyone...I am so disappointed....

He told me my carpet was old as well as my furniture and he could do the best he could. My carpet has streaks as well as my recliner’s. Disappointed

Tech did not disclose cost prior to starting. Felt blindsided by cost for extra service …as through a text I was told promo code was applied and/or would cover that pet treatment cost. Requested management to contact me. Never received a follow up call.
I had carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning and my technician Bernardo C did an amazing job. He arrived on time and explained everything before starting, and there was no surprise cost.
The only reason I had you come was die to cat urine in the closet. The guy didn't tell me that cleaning wouldn't work without bio treatment. Then I had to pay another $47 to get it bio cleaned. That guy had been with zerores 4 years and said the bio wouldn't work either and I should just replace the carpet so $47 more wasted.
My technician Ricardo was amazing very knowledgable and friendly.
