I had my carpets cleaned first - Great job and a great crew.
A week later I had my ducts cleaned and the dryer vent cleaned. Great you man and he did and awesome job too.

Well a stain appeared after the cleaner left and carpet dried I called the representative from the company and she said that she would send somebody out next week to do a re-clean at this happens from time to time… She assured me that the stain could be taken care of

Zero Rez did a great job on our carpets and tile floors. HE was on time, professional, and super friendly. So nice for a company to do exactly what they said they would. It was a great experience. We will definitely use them again. I can recommend them to anyone.
Carpets and tile come out beautiful and no residue. Service is top notch. Will use them again soon for more grout cleaning!

i love your service i just don't like how i get a quote for 350 and i tell my mom it will be 350 and then i give my credit card to my brother and tell him it will be 350 and i tell him don't overspend and then i leave town for the day so my brother is in charge of getting the couches cleaned and then i get a bill for 650 i was very upset that your up sold him he is autistic and he did not know any better. we did not need pet guard we do not have pets and we did not need scotch guard i can buy a can of that for ten bucks and do that myself i'm just very upset at the the guy that up sold my brother and i'm sorry i could not be there but next time i will be there and this will never happen again. i feel sick about the whole thing and i had to apologize to my mother about it.
