Daniel was professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and offered tips on how to keep the carpets clean-looking. Tremendous work ethic and very efficient. He also gave us recommendations on cleaning a few of our area rugs. We sent one to your shop for a deep cleaning. Highly recommend Zerorez and especially Daniel as your service manager/technician.

I called about dryer cleaning days before the technician arrived. I was given a price and told just speak to the tech when he arrives and you can add additional services while he’s there. I asked him and he said he could not do it because he doesn’t have the equipment for that and it’s not something he can do. When I called the office they said that they could do the dryer vent but I would have to pay a minimum of $350 for the trip and I said I just paid $400. A sup named Martha was in a meeting and supposed to call me back but that never happened. There was never a minimum when I scheduled the carpet cleaning. I
