We spent alot of money..3 rooms and a sofa, love seat and recliner...plus extra for 2 pet areas and not even a week later spots came up like it was never done...only areas that look amazing are the 2 pet areas ...I need you to please satisfy me with this job..please and thank you.

The gentleman who did the work was exceptionally polite, friendly, and competent. He was prompt and without delay got busy. We had three area rugs, a hallway and 14-stedp stairs to clean. They were immaculate when he finished.

Love that there are no soaps or chemicals. Carpets dry more quickly. The technicians are always on time, friendly and efficient. I get my carpet cleaned about every nine months. It’s now 23 years old and people can’t believe how great it looks. I know a lot of that is the Berber carpeting is amazing, but so is Zerorez!
