Some tiles were smeared with solution after drying. Please work to reduce the toxic small of your cleaning products. I understand that this is a delicate balance.

Your advertisement showed where your carpet was real dirty and then it showed real clean even though the carpet was clean and still had lots of room for improvement the guy did the best he could but I think it could have been better
Asael did a great job. I had a few tough grease stains and he was able to get them out with a deep clean. He even cleaned under my exercise machine. He was pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

I've used your company before and been very pleased, but this time I was disappointed. The tech was pleasant and quick but the floor stayed wet for nearly 2 days, longer in some places. I have traffic dirty spots in several places and they are already showing again. Last time it was over two weeks before they even started to show. My cleaning was on the 15th so not even a full week. I had it done because I'm having company tomorrow. I have no intention of posting on any social media but did want you to know it just wasn't as good as usual. Thanks for letting me vent!

Angel was our carpet tech. He assessed the carpets and did a wonderful job cleaning them. They dried very quickly and and he also gave me very helpful tips in dealing with my dogs and when they have accidents.

The crew that was sent to clean the carpets last October 12 did a very good, swift and clean job unlike the previous ones. It could be because of the new machine they were using.
Service was great, but the technician left black marks on our stair rail and wall from the hoses. I think it will clean off, still frustrating.
