The service tech did a great job! He cleaned all the high traffic area and removed all the spots from my carpet.
I was shocked by how well your products worked on our carpet. It got every stain out and looks brand new. The service was also amazing. He was done doing 3 rooms within 45 mins. I’ll be booking you guys again in the future.
The technician that cleaned my tile was Ricardo/Rich. He made my floor look brand new again. He was very friendly and professional. He displayed superior customer service from start to finish. Our Zerorez appointment was exactly what we hoped it would be.
Our technician, Mike was on time, cheerful and very courteous. He answered the few questions we had without hesitation then went about cleaning our carpet.
The "wear" spots are gone!! The carpet is fresh, and clean.
The carpet took about 4-5 hours to feel dry to the touch.
We didn't replace furniture until the next day just to be sure that the carpet was fully dry. (That was our choice).
It's been over a week now since the cleaning by Zerorez and the heavily soiled areas have not resurfaced (as has happened in the past with other carpet cleaning services. Nowhere in any of the cleaned areas is there matting or flat areas.
I waited this long to give a review because I needed the time to truly evaluate the results.
Thank you. We will definitely use Zerorez next time.
