Many stains did not come up during cleaning that I feel would have using a different service.

Your employee was very friendly and courteous, I give him high marks. However, the carpet looked good when wet but when dry it looks the same as it did prior to the cleaning. It was a total waste of $129.00. I went over a ZeroRez cleaned area with my hoover shampooer and did not believe the dirt that came up. Repeat, a total waste of money. I REALLY like the fact that the entire house smelled like a clean citrus scent once he was finished and he got out a few stains that I didn't think would come out.
Also, we just got a puppy and he had a few accidents here and there so I wanted a good cleaning to prevent any unpleasant urine odor. The carpet looked flawless once they were finished. I will definitely be using this company again! Some carpet cleaning companies do a mediocre job, but this company is hands down the best I have used so far.
