Your carpet cleaning guy, Spencer did a OUTSTANDING job. Really was impressed with what he was able to accomplish. The property was a foreclosure that juvenile delinquents gained entry into. Other than the burn holes, Spencer brought life back to the floor coverings. I am a Zerorez believer for sure!

Lower your prices. If you're already going to the property to clean 3 rooms, then adding 3 rooms should not double the price; an additional 3 rooms should only increase the bill by 50%, in my opinion.
The service tech that came to my home and cleaned my carpet deserves a raise. From his arrival he demonstrated a professional appearance and demeanor. Paid attention to the details and did a GREAT job. I have never been more pleased with a service I have received as I was with this visit. Please pass this review on to the tech as he deserves to know how I feel.

They have always been professional and polite. They did a great job on both the carpet and sofa. But the best job was done on the kitchen tile! What a difference! They got all the stains out of the grout lines and now the room looks a lot brighter. I would hire these guys to just clean the tile in our house! I also love the fact that Zerorez leaves no residue! The carpets stay cleaner longer. Thanx!
