The oriental rugs have the same musty odor after washing by Zerorez. Previous rug cleaners have return rugs back with a noticeably fresh scent.
Have people who take appointments answer the phone when you call instead of having to leave messages. Train them to be cheerful and polite

Overall satisfied. Tech did exactly as asked. Some stains did remain in carpet once it fully dried I noticed them. The amount of carpet I have for the minimum price point isn't worth it. I'd consider using someone cheaper next time.

Didn't remove very many stains, most are just dirt. my husband clean or carpets about every 5 months with our own machine and almost all the stains come out. we thought to save time for the holidays we would have someone do it for us. we're just going to have to go back over it ourselves to remove the stains.

The areas that had stains look better however, the lower traffic areas that were not dirty now look dingy. In hind sight, I wish I would have only had the high traffic/stained areas cleaned. I had previously used zerozez for carpet cleaning at my business with phenomenal results, but after having the carpets in my home cleaned I am extremely disappointed.
