our tech was great, very clear on what he was going to do, the price, etc... We did leave a few things in the room that I could not move. I would have liked to be informed that he wouldn't be able to move them to get under that furniture. Other than that, super super happy with the results.
I got a phone call at the beginning of my time frame and Brad arrived exactly when he said. My carpeting, which is white, looks great. He showed me wear spots and was able to clean the heavy traffic areas.

My couch takes up almost half of my living room and the technician acted like he didn't want to clean around it...so my living room didn't get cleaned. There was one spot I needed cleaned in there...he said he would, but only sprayed it with pretreat and never went over it with the actual cleaning wand as he said he would.

My wife and I are very impressed by the awesome job your technicians are, Patrick our technician was very attentive and knowledgeable about his job and explained thoroughly what the solution he was using and why it worked so well, our carpet looked like ne when he was done, I will definitely use you guys again for our grout and tile cleaning and I'll talk to my employer about you guys because I work in maintenance at a Christian school, thank you again for making me a believer and I'll definitely ask for Patrick again he's a hard worker and knows what he's doing.

I loved the smell after the cleaning was done. The carpet dried fast, and my carpet looks awesome. It has been almost a year since I have cleaned my carpets and they look real good.
