My carpet always comes out clean! The techs are always professional! Will not ever use another company.
Customer service in addition to the service provided
I like Zerorez but this past service was not as good as before. The man who came was very nice, the tile underneath our area carpets were soaking wet after the job was done. My husband went to mop up after he left but the man returned to help him do that. Never ever had water all over after my carpets were cleaned.
Also, after the man started to do the rugs he mentioned that they were using a citrus smell with the clean up. I have emphysema but fortunately, this is something that did not bother me.
I would recommend Zerorez again but would advise friends to clarify if cleaning their areas rugs would damage the wood floors underneath.
I like the on time. Christian called before he arrived. We showed him the areas to be clean and he did good job. Very professionl. I like him being in uniform. I would recommend Zerorez to all my friend.

Technicians were professional and were knowledgeable. They were polite & their appearance was neat. They were focused and worked efficiently. They asked us to inspect each room as it was completed. We have a pet so there were challenges which were addressed and resolved with the types of products used. We are happy with the results 2 days out. We feel the price was fair for the quality of service provided. Yes, we will use the company again and suggest that friends do the same.

I loved the gentleman that presented himself for the company. He did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the whole service from beginning to end. It was great to see a quality company that hires quality workers. I have used another company before in which I had to throw them out of the house for looking in my medicine cabinet. I will definitely use you guys again and I have already talked to my best friend about using you.
you do not use soap and water but everything came so clean and the drying time was very minimum
