Amazing job! The carpets have looked & felt like new, both times we've used Zerorez. With a cat & 3 small children it's guaranteed that we'll get lots of messes & stains, but they have gotten them a out! And the men who cleaned the carpet were very nice & polite as well.

Zerorez was prompt and professional from beginning to end. They came on time within the window quoted over the phone. The gentleman cleaning our carpets walked through room by room and listened to my concerns and honestly mentioned what he felt he could get out and only one stain that he couldn't. He was very courteous and patient with my toddler son who was trying to "help" and ask him questions. The whole carpet was cleaned and his items were removed in less time than quoted. The carpet looked great as well as deodorized. After cleaning, no stains resurfaced or "ghosted" back as I have had with other companies. The carpet was completely dried the next morning. Overall, quick and easy and I would highly recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family!
