Zach was the technician and he took the time to do a greal job! Zach explained how he would clean the carpet and we agreed on the price from the start and he did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets!since I had a job in the past cleaning carpets so I know that Zach did an excellent job and the carpets dried in approximately 3 hours.I will definitely have zerorez clean my carpet in the future!

Excellent service

I don't like making negative comments and I understand that this is probably the busiest time of year but we were disappointed with the scheduling, we were told 1pm then it was moved to 4pm and then the truck showed up at 5pm. it just wasted our entire day waiting. Other than that, our only complaint would be that they did not clean behind the bedroom door so there is a small strip of carpet that was left not cleaned but I think that was simply because it was obviously a busy day for them, even the owner or manager came in to relieve the original tech; which I thought was admirable. All in all thought we were happy with the results
