The prior guy did an excellent job. The last guy, missed a spot and the kitchen tile floor was not as cleaned as the first time. Maybe he was in a hurry, I don't know I thought things looked great but then I took a second look after he left.

I have always been very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpets, however, this time there are some really noticeable areas left that were not cleaned.

I have called to let you know and they are coming again tomorrow to take care of my complaints.

I also noticed that when I went on your website to get the phone number, there was a special of three rooms and one free hallway. We did not get the benefit of this special when we paid for your service. Perhaps we made our appointment before your special began. Please look into this. I would hate for another customer to not get the benefit of this special.
