Carpets appear to be clean and I was satisfied with the service. The technician had an issue with a fixture which fell from a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It appears as though the fixture may have been loose. Technician was very up front and let me now what had happened.

Technician listened carefully to my concerns. Carpets were fairly dry in just a few hours (one of my concerns was that carpets would be over saturated and they were not!), carpets cleaned up beautifully, despite some challenging stains. Very happy w/ results.
