The results were fantastic! My husband and I purchased a home and hired Zerorez to clean/sanitize our tile floors and carpeted areas. When we came. back after the cleaning, the home smelled fresh and clean and the grout in the tile floors looked renewed and like new. Same with the carpet, which was ten years old. The previous owner had a cat as well and all odor was eliminated. I really love that the solution they use is safe and naturally derived. Plus, I would like to mention how professional our technician was. He was very knowledgeable and polite.
Your advertised price for four rooms was $129.00. My bill was $149.00! Tech moved no furniture.

Excellent service and very professional. Our carpet looks and feels brand new. My wife was a skeptic but after she saw the carpet and felt it, she said we are only using zerorez from now on. I will be calling to make an appointment to get our bedroom carpets cleaned.

The area rugs felt oily when dry and the sun room floor (vinyl tile) had a film after it was dry.
Technician was very friendly and helpful to let us know the best option for our carpets. However, we paid extra for Pet Treatment as he said that would be the best way to remove the odor from the carpets. The rooms still have an odor (albeit better than before)
