Tech arrived ahead of schedule. He was polite and courteous and finished quickly. We would definitely recommend.

What could we do to improve?

The technician was not careful where he put the hoses and had them on top of my plants along the walkway. I had to go out and move them. He also let the door stay open after I told him to leave it closed as much as possible. I had a little trouble talking to him. He didn't seem to comprehend what I was saying. He seemed to do a good job though. My oriental rugs look great.

My carpet has never been cleaner!.

My carpet was dirty from my 2 dogs who track dirt into house. I had a few particular areas that were very dirty. Zerorez came to clean. The tech was very personable & professional. He went right to work.
He took extra time on the very dirty areas.
To my surprise the spots are gone!
My carpet looks Great!

I will definitely recommend this company to others. I already have. The service was prompt, professional & personable. The product really cleans well without a lot of water left on carpet. The price was very reasonable. Excellent! I will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you for an outstanding job!

What could we do to improve?

When it finally dried, several spots in the carpet were "crunchy" under foot. Not sure why, but makes me believe some areas are much cleaner than others. Also, when dry, high traffic areas were not as clean as they looked when damp. Now that I know I'll be more careful next time.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service was great. Our carpets looked like they were brand new when they finished. We had our entire house done and we will definitely use Zerorez again. Ben was great to work with and explained everything before he even started.
