I had the pleasure of meeting Keenan. Very professional young man. I can see the pride he takes in making sure the customer is absolutely happy with the service. I had all my tiles cleaned and sealant added. I had no idea how sealant was applied - on hands and knees. He always had a smile on his face as he was working. He definitely is an asset to this company. Next time I need service, I will ask for him. He did an awesome job! :)

I like the fact that zerorez does not use harsh chemicals or soap on my carpet. My tech was very polite, professional and explained everything to me before he continued to clean my carpet.

This is the first time we have used zerorez and it will be the last. I received a call at 8:30 AM saying there was a problem with fleet vehicles. My appointment had been for 8 Am that morning. I think he arrived about 9:30 AM. He apologized and offered me $30 off scotch guard, a treatment I was not signed up for and did not want. When I asked if he would take $30 off the $129 treatment I had committed to, he said he could not do that. The carpet remained wet for 18 hours after treatment. I am not happy or impressed with Zerorez quality or service. Will not use again.

Light pleasant smell after cleaning. Got a lot of the dirt off the carpet. Like the fact that there are no soaps or detergents used so chance of dirt returning is decreased. Great technician, Milo.
