My couches , cushions and pillows were not clean after the initial cleaning. There were black marks on cushions and a pillow and not clean in multiple places. We called customer service to come back. Unfortunately, the same technician, Mitch, was sent. When I showed him the issues he stated those were not there when he left the last time. I told him we had not sat on those couches since last week's service. He again said they were not like that when he left last week. I told him I had no intention of arguing with him, but expect it to be clean this time. He was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He went out to get his equipment and instead was sitting in the truck on the phone. After almost 10 minutes he came back in. He took a picture of my cushion before starting to clean the black marks. Very disappointed with the initial cleaning and the fact that the same technician was sent out the 2nd time. Your technicians need training in customer service. I was considering using the company to clean my tile floors, but after this experience that is no longer the case.

Customer service, friendly attentive, on time service reps. Their quick drying cleaning solutions, you can walk on the carpet within hours of service being done, as well as their guarantee that if spots or smell return within a week tbey will redo at no charge

The stairs didn't seem very clean or show any noticeable difference. The tiles looked good but the grout did not get as clean as I would have liked although I recognized I should have had them cleaned long ago! Overall we were pleased other than the stairs.

Our sectional (very large) hasn't been this clean since we bought it. With three large dogs who claim the couch as their own, the technician had his work cut out for him. The rooms we had cleaned look fantastic.
