The customer service is excellent and the cleaning of my rugs is exceptional. I recently had 4 oriental rugs cleaned and the rugs came out beautifully with just a topical cleaning, as there was concern that the rugs would bleed. Ivan did a fantastic job, and really took care of the rugs. He tested an edge of the rugs to see if they would bleed and they did, so he applied the topical treatment. The rugs looked more vibrant after the cleaning and I was very pleased with the outcome. Zerorez is the place to go if you have expensive oriental rugs.

The service is excellent; He is in, cleans, and is out again in jiffy time. However, the cleaning is thorough and the operator moves the small objects without expecting us to prepare. The carpet looks fresh and fluffy, smells good, and dries fast.
Tech was friendly, courteous and took time to explain exactly what he would be doing. We were very pleased with the price we were quoted and, upon completion of the cleaning, we were more than pleased with the results. We will definitely be calling Zerorez for our next cleaning and plan on recommending your company to all our friends and family.
WOW! My tile looks amazing! It looks like I had new tile installed! Our tile is original to the house, so it was probably installed 18-20 years ago. Now it looks like new - grout lines are super clean and white. Deep stains in the carpet in two bedrooms are gone! I am so impressed with your process! I'm recommending you to everyone!

Professional technicians and less water & soap in the carpets
Initially the carpet cleaning looked great but as we moved into the house and looked in closets and at the edges of rooms, it doesn't appear these areas were vacuumed before being cleaned.
I like the cleaning process you use. Staff was on time. Able to remove basic strains without additional charge.
Professionalism.
Especially satisfied with the young man who cleaned! He was thorough about his inspection and explanations of what he was going to put on the carpet for pets and normal cleaning. I have used Zerorez to clean my carpet for several years. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

The carpet, once dried, is worse in the dirty areas than it was before cleaning, including stains that showed up after the cleaning. Assuming the technician did the job correctly, the process did not work and made the carpet look much worse.
The technician spent aprox. 40 minutes actually doing the cleaning for 3 large rooms and one staircase.
