Eric, our technician, was prompt and welcomed us with a smile. He was able to answer all of my questions beforehand and helped to move small items. When he arrived, I had him clean more rooms and he did so with a smile and fit me in to his busy schedule. The carpet was spotless when he left and I will definitely be using Eric and ZeroRez again. The product works extremely well, and the customer service is the best in the biz.
Always thought my carpets were cleaned well after zerorez, but noticed that this is not the case. Right after our cleaning session we bought a puppy that requires being potty trained. Therefore, our bissell carpet cleaner has been being used frequently and we noticed the water is dirty when being emptied even though the carpets were just cleaned last week. This is a disappointment considering our carpets usually get very light wear and tear (even the technician pointed this out) and should not be too difficult to clean properly. Now we are considering doing it ourselves rather than professionally unless zerorez would like to remedy the situation. It may have been since the technician was 30 minutes late and cleaned the four rooms in about 20 minutes (usually takes about 45-1hr). Also, for some reason the technician was trying to turn around in the driveway and drove through the grass in the front yard. Needless to say my husband was not very pleased since he spends a considerable amount of time maintaining it. If we choose to use zerorez service again, it would be feasible to have a credit applied to the account for the sub-par service.
Fabulous job cleaning my carpet! I had renters with a cat and the smell of pets is gone!
The service was excellent; good communication from the company, the young man was prompt, courteous, very professional, and my carpets look great.

Courtney delivered all aspects of service. He did a wonderful job on carpets and mindful of open door because of my cat. When I called at 8:30 to see what time the re h would arrive, the owner told me he was on the way. My appt was set for 8:30 to 9:00. The tech arrived at 9:37. We did a walk around. O left the home to run an errand whole he cleaned the carpet. He told me he would be finished by 11am. He finished at 10:35. He left a message that he was packing up. I. Called him 10 minutes later it he was gone. I continued to call him for any hour without My reply. I did not get an explanation as why there was no big change in the appearance of the rug since there were no stains but rather spots. I overpaid for worm that I could have done with a rental cleaner at Winn Dixie. I'm highly disappointed. I will make sure I inform friends. And I will be rating your service on the internet.
