Restored old carpet and cleaned up high traffic areas like new. The worker had great customer service and explained everything. Great competitive pricing.
We were very pleased with the overall experience. Dell was wonderful and kept us well informed. He explained to us ahead of time what his expectations were and he was right on the money. Overall it was a great experience!
I think if I was told about a list of services you provide along with the specials you have I would be better able to choose what I need. Matt was professional but he was not as experienced in cleaning. He was a nice guy and helped us out, but I'm not sure if Zerorez really cleaned our carpet as well. I have wear anD tear when walk in but not that bad and it doesn't appear that the treatment made it look as if was steam cleaned. IM concerned because there must be a treatmental that removes dirt well. My carpet is 10 years old, I never had pets and little foot traffic. So when I asked Matt why this part of my carpet did not clean well, compared to a less used part l, he said it was due to wear and tear. Is this true? I'm not happy with that part. Can someone call me to let me know?
Excellent customer service, promptness, deligency, and taking pride in the work and satisfying the customer.
Better ability to combat stains from usage. Your service was fairly priced and your employee was professional, friendly and timely. It would have taken us ten times as long to do the same job with a rental system. You were in and out in about an hour. Very impressive speed. Using Woolite with Oxyclean on the stains afterward actually produced better results on the stained areas.

I have had Zerorez service my floors multiple times. Every time all personal are very professional, clean cut, friendly and willing to assist with whatever I ask.
Prompt, courteous, and excellent quality service. Technicians delivered all sevices that were previous discussed. This was not my first service call and nor will it be the last! I recommend the company. They have high, honest standards.
The service is great and done quickly. The areas cleaned dry faster than others and if the service person is able to arrive earlier they call..😊 I had an appointment for 1 and he was able to come at 11:30...it is the second time I've used them and would use them always!

Along the edges of the carpet next to the wall the dark edges did not clean. That is the area where the carpet shows it is dirty.

You left so much chemical residue on the tile floors I had to buy a steam cleaner and do them myself! Not what I expected or paid for $890 later!!! They didn't even move the sofa in the middle of the room but rather went around it leaving a mess from the cleaning spray--again which I had to clean up. They did a goog job on the grout and carpets though eve the 3 rating.
They seemed more focused on measuring square footage and what they would charge me than the job at hand. I should have gone with Stanley Steamer but you guys were recommended. I won't make that mistake again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
Overall a very disappointing experience not to be repeated. And as if to sum it all up my name is Bill not First name removed !

The service was excellent. The results were excellent, however the price for what was cleaned was about 1/3 too high. I'll definitely try to clean it myself first next time.
