We have 2 small dogs and do get some pet stains and your crew never fails to clean all of them and keep our carpet fresh and clean. Would highly recommend you for the great job you do - no matter how long it takes! Thank you!!
Robert arrived at home precisely on time, introduced himself as a professional carpet technician from Zerorez. We walked through our home with him asking questions for clarification. He answered each question I asked without hesitation. I was impressed. I made some changes to our original order and he immediately went about his job.
We discussed that we were both veterans, how long he had been cleaning carpets. He explained other services the company performs and what we should not do to our carpets in case of an accident.
We have had this carpet cleaned over the past 13 years, but never as good as Robert did it. In fact , When he completed, the carpet look virtually as good as the day we purchased. With the A/C and ceiling fans on, it was actually dry in four hours.
Without a doubt, when we next need carpet cleaning we will call Zerorez and insist that Robert be dispatched to perform his "nearly magic".

the carpet is only 1 year old and they couldn't get it clean. I was surprised and it was a very small area for the $129.00 that I paid. There were no stains on the carpet.

First time I used. Office said technicians would move anything except beds and electronics. Tech said they don't move anything . I'm glad I cleared out rooms except heavy pieces. He did move one couch because it was easy to slide. Wasn't his fault if that is the case. Office also made it sound like 2 people were coming out, not just one.I would have like more clarity up front on what would be moved. Carpets do look nice.
Knowledgeable service staff. Polite and friendly. He asked several times if I needed him to do anything else. I would use zerorez again. My neighbors got a card prior to the tech leaving.
