We have been using Zerorez for years. You were running a 30% discount and were quoted $110.25 special for three rooms.
When the service person arrived I informed him we wanted the three room special.
We had a study, the master bedroom and a bathroom. Our master bedroom has always counted as one room in all your other visits.. The service person insisted that the master bedroom was two rooms and charged us for four rooms.
I like Zerorez because it leaves my carpet clean and chemical free.
Technician was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.
The darker areas where there is traffic had lightened, it dried very fast, the carpets look awesome.
I gave you an 8 instead of a 10 because it took two trips. Had you guy's done this good a job the first time, I would happily give you a 10.

indont think this technician was as good as others I have had from zero ez in the past. Usually you all move a coffee table or end table and then put styrofoam pads of some sort under the furniture so it doesn't leave marks during drying
