Your process REALLY cleans. It's the first time I've had my couches cleaned and it was a remarkable difference even though they need reupholstering. The tech was professional, pleasant and did an excellent job.

This would have been a slam dunk 10 but due to the issues with equipment and the delay it took to complete the work i have to go with a 8 at this time. The person doing the job and the quality of work was better than we had anticipated. And the effort made to get the job done was very good. I am optimistic that the next time we use zerorez i will be able to give a 10.
