Communication was very lacking when my original appointment wasn't going to be met. I had a 8:30am appointment and due to issues with the truck, they were unable to come. I was notified 7 minutes before the appointment. There were no real alternatives given until I asked. When I asked if they could come out later the lady said she would get back with me. Over 2 hours later I had to call to what was happening. She instantly had an answer that they could come at 4:30. Not sure why I was the one that had to call back. I understand that machanical and personal emergencies come up, but you should have options and timely communication about it.
Spot came out beautifully and carpets look great!
Would have liked to been able to take advantage of the offer that came out and have my area rugs done in Lou of whole rooms for what I paid. Your service guy was very nice and professional. First name removed

I had both my carpets and tiles cleaned and they both look awesome (I just had it done last night, so haven't had time to know how stain resistant they will be ... I did pay to have the grout sealer and carpet protector treatment applied). The technician who came out was AWESOME .... so professional and courteous!!! He is definitely an asset to your company!!

The technician that performed the cleaning was by far nothing less than perfect. He was very poilte and did everything to make sure I was completey satisfied with everything from the price to the service once the job was complete.This will definatly not be the last. time i use Zerorez and would highly recommend their services.

Technicians are professional and clean up after themselves. Also, there is no soap or residue left behind. When I have had my carpets cleaned by steam they get stretched out and remain wet for days.
