The carpet was left very wet. The stains did not come out. 2 rooms were done not a walk in closet. Tracked dirty grit all over the bamboo floors in the hall.

This job had Cortney working and it wasn’t an easy task. He was very polite and professional and at no point this he rush the job just to get it done. He worked very hard, did a great job and everything looked great when he was finished.
First time I have had my wool area rug professionally cleaned. Whole process was as described by Ivan. While it wasn't soiled, the result was amazing. Carpet fibers are soft again.
