The service people you send are very professional and do an excellent job. They are careful with the surroundings and do not track in dirt. 'They are always on time as well.
Dale was fabulous and the carpet is cleaner. However, we paid an extra $80 for the urine enzyme treatment. It was useless. Once the carpet dried it smelled as bad as before being cleaned. Basically I paid $80 for some temporary perfume. So I would stop advertising and charging extra for it. I would recommend for a normal cleaning though if they send Dale out.
