I was a little disappointed this time in that two areasof pet stains didn't come cleaner on our wool carpet, but it might just be the nature of the stains. Last time, the stains seemd to come out more readily.

Everything about the service I received was very positive: tech was personable and informative, not pushy, and he did a great job on the carpets. My only complaint is that the protectant that was applied at the end also got on the tile at the edge of the carpet. The tech did mop and put a fan on it, but there was still residue left on the tile that smeared when I mopped later, and was difficult to remove. A minor thing, but since you asked.... overall I am very happy with the service I received.

The product is amazing and the staff is always great! I used Zerorez in Georgia when I moved, so I knew I had to use them again here in Jacksonville. Mitch was absolutely amazing! He made my carpets look like new.
My carpet is clean without chemical smell and drives relatively quickly . Technicians are on time and always polite and professional.

Tile work Is awesome, for the carpet I would recommend a stronger pre treatment. Also spend a little more time on the carpet areas.

Carpet was great but I had expected tile grout to all be clean and back to original color as advertised. It was not
Wonderful cleaning process, although pre-treatment citrus spray was a bit overwhelming. Tech Brad watered it down a little, which helped, as this was a small condo space. He was very pleasant, polite & professional. Our furniture looks clean again & dry time was within a couple of hours at the most. We would use again & also recommend to family & friends!
Hoses were leaking - made a mess of our wood flooring -- we thought prices were high for the area cleaned.
WE ARE HAVING TO CLEAN THE WOOD FLOORS TODAY!!
The service was amazing. Ben was very professional and explained all my options for my furniture. I will have my tile floors cleaned in the spring. Bye the way my house still smells wonderful from the citrus smell of the cleaning product.

Your technician was a nice young man who was efficient, always wore shoe caps, well dressed, and very engaging. I would recommend your service with this individual. There is one small spot that didn't come out, but other than that everything was great.

Robert did an incredible job! I was so impressed with zerorez. The carpet looked great after he was done. Robert gave us great customer service and was very professional.
Carpet cleaning service: I was quite disappointed to open my front door and see the heavy truck parked right outside. By this I mean the technician took it upon himself to leave the driveway and cross the grass to the front door with that heavy panel van. He drove across my lawn sprinkler system, septic drain field and was parked on top of the septic tank. I will notify you if I have repairs so we can discuss financial responsibility.
