You all always get my carpet clean! Your service people always know exactly what to use to clean my carpet. I have used Zero Rez for years. I would not use anyone else!

Our bedroom rug was still wet at the of 34 hours. I went and bought fans to try and dry it up. Perhaps a problem with the equipment but our living room only took 12-14 hours and it was dry. Driver also got stuck in our front yard. I understand it was wet but he left a huge hole. Shouldn't he have been responsible to fill it instead of me (62 years old) taking the wheelbarrow to the road and filling it with dirt & fixing his hole??

Just disappointing experience.

I have used the service several times now and have been pleased with the results. The reps are courteous and make sure that I’m satisfied before leaving the house.

The first service I had, over a year ago, I think, was much better. The guy took his truck me to do the job right and didn’t rush through it. I had to point out obvious missed places to this guy. And the next day, after drying, we could see more places. We weren’t happy this time. It seemed like he was just vacuuming the carpet. Now I wondering if that how he got to our house an hour ahead of schedule. I wouldn’t be surprised if the previous appointments don’t complain.

How quickly I was scheduled and how fast the technician worked. Everything turned out beautiful.

Some areas in my carpet are dirtier than before they were cleaned. It looks like dirt was pulled to the surface but not removed. I would like to have them redone.

Bring two employees that way you have a team that could move furniture around so you can clean the place properly I don’t expect to pay you for a service in which I have to do everything but you just come and put spray down and vacuum it up

My carpets look clean and bright. I had a problem with them drying. Last year a large blower helped dry the wet carpets,this year I was told to use my fans and air conditioning. It was too cold to use the air and I am still using my fan to dry the carpet. I was told it would take them 6 to 8 hrs to dry, without that large blower which you brought last year that was impossible.

The young man that came was very nice and polite and did a good job but I do believe that if I use your company again something would have to be done about drying the carpets like you all did last year. Name removed

Technician (Gavin) was professional and the cleaner used on our cotton sofas wasn’t harsh so didn’t cause any strange chemical lines once dry.

Was glad the technician did not try to sell me extra treatments or up charge.
