I like the product, the way it is presented and represented. $129.00 for three rooms of carpet and one room free is a great deal. Would be better if their was a tile component to it though.

The cleaning products do a very good job.
When my carpets we're finished, they looked like new. Even more important was the gentleman you sent. He was very friendly, willing to explain everything and very patient. I always have a million questions and he was very willing to answer then. We hope to have him each time our carpets need cleaning. I have actually told two neighbors about the great job he did. I give him an A++.

Robert arrived on time. He came in and we walked the house together discussing my concerns and he would tell me the options I had and we came up with a plan. He treated my pet stains and cleaned the carpets and one area rug. When done my house smelled clean and my carpets looked great. I have a Hoover steamvac and clean my carpets regularly because of our pets, I didn't know how much better they could look with professional cleaning. Now I feel confident about having company over the holidays. I am very pleased with the results.
Friendly technicians and good product
It took over a day and a half to dry my house. I have used your carpet cleaning before, but that was years ago and I was happy with your service, but I guess over that time span you change your cleaning process, maybe change management, or ownership. You should also change your name. Your advertising zero residue. You should mean that. The guy who came out was professional and early. I don’t know if he did it wrong or if he did it right by Zerorez standards, but it was wrong by my standards. If I wanted the carpet to stay wet for this long, I would have rented a machine myself or hire another company. Most of the bad carpet areas came clean. I’m happy with the clean carpet. Not the wet carpet.
