Our technician, Gavin, was outstanding. He was courteous, professional and a very hard worker. He did not try to upsell or charge us more once he got to our home. He gave us great advice and was obviously very knowledgeable. We will use your company again and specifically ask for Gavin.

Gavin worked on problem areas (pet stains, high traffic areas) in our home and it looks better than when we first moved in. The carpet is older, but I never expected it to look this great

Well we pointed out a couple spots in a bedroom but we couldn't go back upstairs cause it was all wet so later on we went up and the spots were still there. Kind of disappointed in that.
