Unhappy with the speed and lack of deep cleaning. Especially the tile floors. Usually house smells fresh when carpet and tile is done; I really found it hard to believe cleaning had been done. Very unsatisfactory job!

Mitch was very nice and the carpet turned out better than I had expected. I turned down the a/c to 74 which allowed it to dry rather quickly. The only thing I would change is the cherry scent which was a bit much, but then again I have a nose like a hound.

Zerorez has visited my home several times in the last year due to carpet issues from my sick dog. The day I had to say goodbye to my dog, Lisa was very comforting to my tears and accommodating to having someone come that same day to clean up from his last few days with me. Come to find out the services I needed that day and that they provided without me knowing, cost more than the initial quote. It was apparent that this act of courtesy was a testament to the type of management that Zerorez has and their motto "the right way to clean" was truly exhibited in my home. We will continue to use them for our basic needs and will spread the word how they helped us in our time of need!

So...I give the service a full "10." A man named Mitch came to our house with a very polite attitude and a energetic work ethic.

The dirty spots are gone at this point. We, of course, are waiting to see if the carpets stay clean in the near future because a competing company already cleaned the same area and the spots came right back. We called ZEROREZ because we heard from ads they can overcome this problem.

But hats off to Mitch! He's a valuable employee.

Eric, the technician was very professional and not only on time but he called and asked if he could arrive early which really worked in our favor.

I was pleased with the quality of the cleaning done, as well as how friendly the ZeroRez technician was who did the service - he even helped reccommend some tips for keeping my carpets and couches clean in the future (which isn't easy with pets!) I really appreciated that extra above and beyond care.

Decent price and carpet clean

When I called at 8:30 to see what time the re h would arrive, the owner told me he was on the way. My appt was set for 8:30 to 9:00. The tech arrived at 9:37. We did a walk around. O left the home to run an errand whole he cleaned the carpet. He told me he would be finished by 11am. He finished at 10:35. He left a message that he was packing up. I. Called him 10 minutes later it he was gone. I continued to call him for any hour without My reply. I did not get an explanation as why there was no big change in the appearance of the rug since there were no stains but rather spots. I overpaid for worm that I could have done with a rental cleaner at Winn Dixie. I'm highly disappointed. I will make sure I inform friends. And I will be rating your service on the internet.

Carpets looked awful. Many if the spots didn't come up.
