The product really cleans the carpet in short order. The technician knows his business and workd in a speedy and professional manner. This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez and will in all likelyhood continue to use your company.

Eric, our technician, was prompt and welcomed us with a smile. He was able to answer all of my questions beforehand and helped to move small items. When he arrived, I had him clean more rooms and he did so with a smile and fit me in to his busy schedule. The carpet was spotless when he left and I will definitely be using Eric and ZeroRez again. The product works extremely well, and the customer service is the best in the biz.
Always thought my carpets were cleaned well after zerorez, but noticed that this is not the case. Right after our cleaning session we bought a puppy that requires being potty trained. Therefore, our bissell carpet cleaner has been being used frequently and we noticed the water is dirty when being emptied even though the carpets were just cleaned last week. This is a disappointment considering our carpets usually get very light wear and tear (even the technician pointed this out) and should not be too difficult to clean properly. Now we are considering doing it ourselves rather than professionally unless zerorez would like to remedy the situation. It may have been since the technician was 30 minutes late and cleaned the four rooms in about 20 minutes (usually takes about 45-1hr). Also, for some reason the technician was trying to turn around in the driveway and drove through the grass in the front yard. Needless to say my husband was not very pleased since he spends a considerable amount of time maintaining it. If we choose to use zerorez service again, it would be feasible to have a credit applied to the account for the sub-par service.

Courtney was professional, proficient, & polite: calls re arrival time (also from office); explained process, ikelihood of stain removal (old carpet), & pricing, which was as quoted during first call to office; all areas look much better.

Courtney delivered all aspects of service. He did a wonderful job on carpets and mindful of open door because of my cat. indont think this technician was as good as others I have had from zero ez in the past. Usually you all move a coffee table or end table and then put styrofoam pads of some sort under the furniture so it doesn't leave marks during drying
