I love the fact that my carpets look great without using toxic chemicals. I appreciate the excellent communication before and after my carpets were cleaned and the professionalism and kindness of the technician.
Cut out the ridiculous service fee and the charge for a 4x5 walk in closet in a room (with floor surface taken up by a bed & furniture) that only measures 14x13.

Looking at the carpet immediately after it was done.It looked great.But after the carpet dried most of the stains were still there. And the stains were like spilled chocolate milk no pet stains. It is older carpet the heavy traffic areas looked much better so that I understood but simple food and coffee spills not coming out?was disappointing.
The technician should explain thr process before actually doing the carpet cleaning.
